| Hmmmm something about me.... I am a thirty-something gal who happens to be totally obsessed with Wolverine (if you couldn't tell). I have been drawing since childhood, but have never had any formal art training outside of high-school. I have many, many reference books that I use when I draw, my favorite being the Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist by Stephen Beck; it has been an invaluable tool. I love drawing the human body, it is a marvelously created (yes I said created) machine. The male body is easier to draw for me with it's hard angles and lines...though that could be due to that little obsession I mentioned above, I simply have more practice. heehee I also do professional video editing for a family member's business, as well as some fan vids on YouTube. My dream is to through art school when my kids are older and finally get to do something professionally with my God-given talents. |
